EUpro Joins the Eco-Harmony Project Kick-off Meeting in Barcelona

On January 29–30, 2025, EUpro Training & Consultancy proudly took part in the Kick-off Meeting of the Eco-Harmony project, hosted by IQS-URL in Barcelona, Spain. The meeting gathered all project partners to launch a collaborative effort aimed at advancing sustainable tourism education across Europe. The Eco-Harmony project focuses on developing a future-oriented educational model that equips young professionals with essential skills for the sustainable tourism sector, fostering innovation and lifelong learning. The initiative also supports the new micro-credential system, enhancing students' employability and promoting continuous professional development. Representing EUpro, Abdulkadir Demirörs and a project manager joined their peers from IQS-URL (Spain), SEHA (Turkey), the University of Zagreb Faculty of Agriculture (Croatia), the University of Western Macedonia (Greece), Fundación Sieneva (Spain), and CNA (Italy). Throughout the two-day meeting, partners discussed key project milestones, strategic planning, and the first steps for the development of the curriculum, modules, and e-learning platform. The event successfully set a solid foundation for smooth cooperation and impactful outcomes in the years ahead. EUpro is excited to contribute its expertise to this forward-looking project and is committed to supporting the creation of innovative, sustainable educational pathways for future tourism professionals.
