First Quality Board Meeting Sets Solid Foundations for Project Excellence

On February 26, 2025, EUpro took part in the first Quality Board Meeting of the project alongside other consortium members. The meeting opened with a warm welcome and a review of the agenda, setting a collaborative foundation for the discussions. During the session, the team confirmed the schedule for future Quality Board meetings, which will be held monthly to ensure continuous oversight and improvement. Action points were assigned among the partners to support the smooth organization and follow-up of these meetings. Key templates, including the official document cover page and a standardized PowerPoint presentation template, were finalized to promote a consistent project identity. The Board also introduced an Excel file listing activities and KPIs for each Work Package (WP). Regular KPI follow-up will be conducted, supported by an adapted calendar designed to enhance coherence and impact across project activities.
